The commutator of the generator type DC welding machine should be inspected and maintained frequently, and the abnormal electric spark that may be generated should be eliminated.

4. The secondary side of the welding machine should be made of waterproof rubber sheathed copper core flexible cable. The cable sheath is intact and well insulated. The cable length should not exceed 30 meters. Metal components or structural steel bars should not be used instead of the secondary ground wire.
5. When using the welding machine to weld, you must wear protective equipment and hold the certificate. It is strictly forbidden to carry out electric welding work in the open air. The welding machine should be placed in a place protected from rain, dry and well ventilated. There shall be no flammable or explosive materials at the welding site.
6. The welding tongs have good insulation and heat insulation performance, and the handle has a good insulation layer.
7. The welding machine must have a reliable grounding and zeroing device.
8. Electric welding operations should take necessary measures against electric shock, anti-poisoning, fire prevention and explosion prevention according to the working place. Safety ropes and helmets should be worn at high places.
